First, let's review a little.

"Nona" - that's something that's not really used in either Java or Bali. This is really used in Ambon, though. In Java, the most appropriate term would be "mBak", while in Bali, "mbok" would be preferable (but still, some young women protest at that - they may insist on "adi" - younger sibling).
